It is cheaply made
There are bars bent. The doors do not close good and one of the places to screw bolt in on the top is not straight so I had to use wire ties to hold it together

This cage is not steady, the wheels come off often, the top doesn't hold toys very well, one side will come on done.

Box looked okay, upon opening I noticed immediately the lack of protective packaging. Zip ties snapped everywhere in the box, no real protection other than 4 pieces
Box looked okay, upon opening I noticed immediately the lack of protective packaging. Zip ties snapped everywhere in the box, no real protection other than 4 pieces of foam and 2 are so tiny. So everything was just bashing against eachother in transit. Cage arrived very damaged. The tray is broken, multiple bars are broken off and unsafe. There are many scuffs in the coating on the cage as well. If I was to put my green cheek conure in here he could stick his head between the bars and strangle himself. Very unsafe. I like the size and the color is nice. I'm incredibly disappointed in the condition I received it in. I sent an email to chewy and received a response offering a replacement or a refund. When I asked for a replacement as I need a cage asap, they stopped replying and I even sent a follow up to check and see if they received my request for a replacement at the time. I would not reccomend this cage due to the issues and poor packaging. Support has been unhelpful. This cage is unsafe and unusable in this condition. It could kill my parrot. :(

This cage is gorgeous and depending on the bird it's a mansion. However this order was far from the chewy way. It was 7 days to arrive. When it did the box was damaged

Thought maybe just the box. Nope. You can hear the panels shake. It shouldn't. The doors are very vert hard to move. It's a 2 hand job and will make your bird freak with the jerk motion needed to open and close. The bars on the bottom are warp i have an S pattern. And just was not the pristine condition. The locks are great considering my Quaker was opening the locks on the other cage i got and kept coming out. For the price absolutely would say get it with 40% off. As for what i experience it's not worth it.

Overall, I like this cage. It has plenty of space for my nanday conure and was considerably cheaper than any other option of similar size. The many doors also make it so easy to rearrange toys and perches. BUT, mine came with one screw hole not completely punched out, so the screw can not be passed through at all. It is impossible to make the hole usable without power tools/likely damaging the enamel. I zip tied it because I needed to use the cage right away, but I think this is an unacceptable flaw. As for the rest of the cage, I am not sure if the wider bar spacing would be safe for smaller conures like a gcc, but it seems fine for my guy. The cage absolutely needs two people and a rubber mallet to assemble, or you will never get the first couple of pieces together without damaging it. I have had pony positive experiences with Chewy's side of the transaction, but I wish Frisco would do better to not even send out parts that can't properly be assembled.

The frame was bent and I was missing a food door, which rendered it completely useless. It was not an easy cage to put together and it is definitely not a one-person

One person has to hold the piece in place while the other hammers it into place. It was an absolute pain to put together and it's a little frustrating that I had to take it back apart to ship it back, instead of just replacing the one missing part.
