It looked like it was going to be great for Misty

The very first time I used it to take Missy 4.5 lbs to her vet appointment three wheels feel off and I wasn’t able to locate one of them. My grandson went to move

The very first time I used it to take Missy 4.5 lbs to her vet appointment three wheels feel off and I wasn’t able to locate one of them. My grandson went to move it and a wheel feel of when he touched it. I don’t even know where or how to get a replacement wheel for the one lost. Missy did ride good in it. I am very disappointed with this carrier and will not be recommending it to anyone.

I still love it

Great Carrier Great Size

This was easy to set up. Perfect size for my two Devon Rex kittens. Flight attendant said it was the best she's seen and should fit under seat.

Awesome backpack

This bag is great! We live in a big city and go to lots of dog events, so this is perfect for when it’s crowded. It’s sturdy and well made too.

Ease of use

I can no longer lift and carry hard plastic pet carriers. This made our trip to the vet today so easy. It moved like a piece of expensive luggage.

Great but could use improvements

Pros: *Perfect size *Great airflow *Rolls smoothly *The pockets - drawstring pocket can easily and securely hold 2 stainless steel water

Pros: *Perfect size *Great airflow *Rolls smoothly *The pockets - drawstring pocket can easily and securely hold 2 stainless steel water bottles and the other pocket with flap closure holds several smaller items securely *Cover for the back wheels Cons: -have to add a separate cushion as the mat included is very thin - there should be a brake system for the wheels as it will keep rolling on even the slightest bit of uneven ground -- unsafe! - the wheels get caught on thresholds or elevator entrances -- carrier can tip over - the teather is not adjustable plus is attached at the top of the carrier instead of the bottom so pet could actually jump out Overall I am quite happy with this carrier and it serves our needs well however, a few improvements are needed.

Not for big cats

It’s nice carrier. I even bought 3 of these however only ideal for small cats or kittens. I have a Persian and Maine Coon. There was no room to lie down. They

It’s nice carrier. I even bought 3 of these however only ideal for small cats or kittens. I have a Persian and Maine Coon. There was no room to lie down. They they’re about 20 inches long and so they could only sit. It was too cramped inside. I transported them to the vet in the car. Each of them hyper ventilating. Especially my Persian cat kept panting! Thankfully it was only a 30minute drive. My Maine Coon cat had her heart rate so high per Vet. I will have to return all 3 carriers.

Maybe I'm just used to the plastic carriers, but I found it more difficult to get the cat in this type - even with the sides being able to be opened. My cat could sit up and lay down, but didn't have much room if he did lay down. Like the backpack feature, but the plastic base isn't the nicest to your back...and the wheels aren't the greatest to use it as luggage.
