Yes. However, multiple tags on a collar may create friction and wear on the tags surface.
Is the personalization on the tags engraved or printed?
The personalization on this tag is engraved with a laser engraver. The engraving process does not involve the use of inks or printing. If the tag is worn with other tags (i.e. license tags, additional pet tags, charms, etc.) the tag surface, along with engraved design and personalization, can wear due to friction.
Can the split ring be attached to the leash?
The ring was not meant for leash attachment. The tags split ring is meant only for attachment of the tag to a collar/harness.
