Frisco Summer Cooling Pullover Dog Gaitor, Gray, Medium/Large

I purchased one of the XS/S sizes just to see how it fit on my dogs and I ended up liking it so much I bought a second one so each dog could have their own. I really like the material and the fabric is very light with an easy to use pull string. I haven't been able to use it for it cooling features just yet. I purchased this in the fall for better visibility and now I can see my dogs at the treeline. They stand out and it's a great safety measure if you like to go hiking with your dogs or for playing at the dog park and keeping an eye on them from a distance. I did worry it might be too long as I've seen some comments mention but actually it fit really well and my smallest dog is fairly short and it managed to fit her perfectly. I can't wait to use these more next year for camping, hiking and any other outdoor activity, especially since the summers here can get pretty hot. The material does feel like a cooling towel so I think it'll work great for hot days outside.

We don't walk our dogs in the hottest parts of the day because that's too stressful (imagine walking in a fur coat barefoot on hot concrete!). But we still add cooling elements to make sure even when the heat has subsided that our pups aren't suffering under their layers of fur. This really helps and keeps them from panting as much. Worth the money!

I live rural and it is more noticeable then her orange neck collar, the extra orange scarf gives an added safety feature for identifying pet from our wild life in the community....we have hit a hot spell and her panting to cool off was less aggressive so I feel she enjoyed what it was meant to be used for. I will order another once she has destroyed this one tromping through the woodlands
