Good for adults but not babies and juveniles
The bedding has a fresh scent but is too rough for smaller snakes. I tried it with my juvenile snakes and they did not like moving over the larger chunks. Would

Pretty good some chunks are bigger than I’d like

Cypress mulch keeps my humidity right where I want it! I took 1 star off because some chips were huge compared to the other brand I was using. I picked them out and took a picture. I used 3 bags total to get it about 4 inches deep in my 2x2x4 enclosure.

This is a good substrate not many reptiles that deal with humid environments. The Cypress Reptile Bedding comes in a well packaged clear bag and is easy to carry
This is a good substrate not many reptiles that deal with humid environments. The Cypress Reptile Bedding comes in a well packaged clear bag and is easy to carry and store. I usually lay down a three to four inch layer at the bottom of the aquarium and place the other rocks and foliage directly into the base layer. The cypress gives off a nice aroma and can easily be changed out when it is time to clean or change the base layer. I did find out from my Veterinarian to not use this with bearded dragons but Frisco makes many other grate products for them.

I always use cypress bedding for my ball python and my leopard gecko. It gives them enough realistic features like they’re in the wild. The bag was big enough to fit my 50 gallon tank about an inch or two which was nice. It’s easy clean up and my reptiles love it! And it also gives a cypress smell which I LOVE

Doesn't take a lot to cover their enclosure. Lasts a good amount of time. No smell to it. My reptiles seem to enjoy it also. I'd recommend.
