Looks nice but I have some suggestions .

It looks nice and fits in well in my space. The interior compartment is dark and a bit cramped so one of my kittens hates it. She only goes in as far as is required

It looks nice and fits in well in my space. The interior compartment is dark and a bit cramped so one of my kittens hates it. She only goes in as far as is required and then leaps out backwards! So she doesn’t always pee inside the box. 1. If it had rubber feet to elevate it, that would help. I put hardwood floor felt sliders underneath but they absorb liquids so that has spread up into the side walls and after only 2 times there is cracking and warping. Having rubber feet to elevate it would help a lot 2. More space. I wish it was wider, and that the entryway cutout was also larger. 3? I might consider putting a light inside 4! A pullout drawer would help make cleaning/scooping easier BUT it could also lead to poor weight distribution and the thing could tip. I have to pull the box out to scoop it properly. If you have bad knees/hips/back this may not be for you. It is low to the ground and I have to do some deep squatting and crouching to scoop.

Does its job

I needed something to contain a litter pan in the bedroom since we now have more cats, so this does what it's supposed to do. Putting it together wasn't as difficult

I needed something to contain a litter pan in the bedroom since we now have more cats, so this does what it's supposed to do. Putting it together wasn't as difficult as it seemed, I did have to re-do the door hinge however as I missed how it was supposed to go the first time. We plan on buying a second.

If you are considering this for your home, PLEASE BUY IT. This is my third time purchasing this piece of cat furniture over the years, and they have been worth every penny, every time! This was the first time I'd gotten the litter box with it and it fits well, though previously I had used a plastic storage tote and cut out the entry hole (we had an elderly cat who couldn't always squat low enough to keep urine in the litter box). This "litter hut" is aesthetically pleasing, easy to assemble, functional, and will hold up to a lot of mileage so long as you keep it dry. We had one in our bathroom for years and the bottom corners eventually started to disintegrate from the humidity, but everything else was still in great condition. I like to keep a Litter Genie beside it for a simple daily scooping routine, and bags of Pretty Litter or other bagged crystal litter fit perfectly inside the table's little storage shelf. The shelf is also great for storing grooming tools and other little kitty things.
