Excellent solution
Very well-designed product. Affords privacy for cat and contains litter scattering. Assembly very easy with clear instructions.
Good product, arrived broken
As built it looks as pictured and seems very sturdy. But the wood was very cracked in locations with pre installed hardware or predrilled holes in 2 places. The written instructions were also not the clearest.
GREAT customer service
I actually had to return the cat litter box unopened simply because I had found a larger version elsewhere. But what I want to say is that customer service was WONDERFUL in the handing of that return. She was pleasant, helpful, professional and we had that transaction complete in less that 5 minutes. Very much appreciated!!
A great standard litter box
This litter box is very basic but it's good quality and does its job. For the price, you can't beat it. It came with a bundle when I bought a litter box enclosure and so it fits perfectly and the color matches well.
Chipping on the second day and it looks terrible
I love this cat litter so much but I am very disappointed. The second day, the bottom of the door and the bottom of the kitty litter in general, in the front, started chipping. Now you can see brown showing and it looks terrible.
Poor material for its purpose
Sometimes my cats miss and the times that they have and there has been pee, it has soaked up into the wood and it cannot be saved. The door has stopped stopped being able to close properly

Litter box
Wouldn't recommend this one expensive the one side of the wood popped off like chipped now there's a hole and the screw fasteners r junk mine broke in half
Decent so far...
I got this because my bf and I live in a small apartment and we finally saved enough money to bring our cats back from my moms house. I wanted something that covered the litter box but was functional. I have only had this for a little bit but so far it is pretty exceptional. My only complaint would be that the process of building it was a bit of a hassel because the holes in the top were kind of deep and it was hard to get the round pieces out if you put them in incorrectly (which I did...twice.) Other than that it wasnt too bad. It will feel wobbly until the end when you tighten the last couple of screws, but afterwards it is sturdy.
Pleased customer
The first one came damaged but was replaced. The instructions are horrible. I have experienced many issues with my last several orders. I do appreciate the ability to have my orders delivered. I am disabled and no longer have a car. My monies are limited but buying from chewy helps me to be able to keep my pets and do right by them.
