How do I get something other than a white background? I didn't see a place to choose color.

To change background color, click the orange button that says "Personalize Now". Options to personalize the image, color, and text will be available. There is a variety of colors to choose from.
Can I choose which text boxes I fill in?

Yes, you are not required to fill in all text boxes. Where multiple boxes are available you can choose the combination of text boxes which best fit your personalization.
Is dog's photo on BOTH sides? What color is background? Below his name, can I add his birth and death dates? Is your message the only one u offer(above his left ear)? Thanks

The image and text will be on both sides. The background is whatever the background of the image you upload is. The birth and death dates can be added in the "Personalize Now" section under "Custom Text 2". This ornament only comes with the "Forever Loved" message in the top right corner.
How will I know what the final product will look like?

The onscreen 3D product preview is an accurate representation of what the final product will look like. As you adjust images in the square preview window, you will see them adjust in the product preview as well! Use the product preview as your guide as you add text, select fonts, choose colors, and adjust zoom and rotation on images.

Beautiful ornaments

I ordered four of these with photo's of two of our dogs that have passed and the other three with our current crew (two cats and one dog). All of them turned out beautifully and I like that the animals can't hurt themselves or the ornament on the tree.

Beautiful ornaments

I ordered 5 of these, one for each precious dog we have lost and couldn't be happier with the quality. The photo is on both sides so when hung on the tree it doesn't matter if it turns. Can't wait to hang them next Christmas and see our angels all over the tree. Nice way to remember them.

Disappointed

We are unfortunately very disappointed with our Ornament. When created I really wanted to remove the "forever loved" circle but couldn't so choose yellow with the font of words I added and you cant see or read the words in the circle. When I created it you could read it perfect but when it was printed it is not visible. Why would production have thought that was okay to send? A simple black font change would have solved it. Now it has a big yellow random circle on it and you cant read the words. And now it is not allowing me to upload image of it to show here.

Highly Recommend

I gave a "Forever Loved" Paw Christmas Ornament to a family member and the bone Ornaments also. However, these Paw shaped with memory of a lost "Lost fur Baby" are really heart touching. I received numerous complements on the Ornament. I am in the process of ordering another one. This will be for my Shady.

Great ornament

It’s very good quality and picture and letters were clear. It’s also double sided. I recently lost my dog and need something to remember him. I wasn’t sure at first because saw some reviews saying the letters were hard to see, but I picked orange and I could read “forever loved” letters clear. I don’t use this as ornaments for trees, I just put near his photos and ashes. It’s very good and highly recommend.

beautiful product, definitely buying again

I love this picture of my boy so much, I have it hanging above my bed. Everyday that he’s not here is another day that I miss him so much that it hurts. This is a good reminder of the good times, and it nice to see his handsome face. The quality of the picture is very nice, and I love that it’s double sided. My only complaint, and the reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish the picture wasn’t so dark. It’s definitely not a dark picture of him, but it’s hard to see him really good unless it’s in direct light or has some kind of light being shown onto it. Next time I’ll have to brighten up my pictures before I send them. Still a great product and I highly highly recommend this as a memorial piece for your fallen baby.

This is my favorite purchase yet! I ordered 2, one for me and my mom. They're so cute they don't even need to be put away when the tree goes down, they can stay up all year long!

Turned out great

We got 2 of these with the dark brown circle, the words Forever Loved showed ok on the brown background. Thanks to other commenters, I also tried to make sure the pictures were lined up well within the boundaries and not too dark. They both turned out great!

Great ornament; hard phone set up

I love these ornaments and will continue to buy them as gives. My only complaint is how difficult it seems to be to get through to the personalized menu to actually submit picture and text in creating ornaments. I ordered mine 3 weeks ago and kept getting error message which bumped me back to cart screen. I made 3 ornaments and it took me 4 times longer than it should have. Same issues 2019 & 2020. It would be great if the process worked as planned.
