Was an immediate favorite

The only reason I didn't pick 5 stars is just because my cats have lost most interest since purchased, but I think I just need to put away/out intermittently & see

The only reason I didn't pick 5 stars is just because my cats have lost most interest since purchased, but I think I just need to put away/out intermittently & see if that helps. It's sturdier than it looks. One of my cats started biting at the black plastic connector bits to the hanging toys - & even though that's caused a little damage there, it still works as it did when new. For a period when it was now, my 2 were both obsessed.

This was quick to build and is sturdy. I have to tighten the post around the base every once in a while, but that's not a big problem for me. My cat Sebastian never played with the ball, at least when I'm around, even after spreading catnip around. He sometimes paws at the dangling toys, but usually at the pumpkin. The main use of this is the scratcher post, and its being used a lot!

**i would not recommend this as a toy for large (thicc) cats due to the plastic dangling pieces** Our foster (? we'll see) kitten absolutely loves this toy - he's about 6-7 weeks old, weighs around 1.5 - 1.75lb. He goes nuts. It's strong enough to support his body weight on the ghost and pumpkin, and he loves that. He also likes that he can climb up the scratching post as well as play with the little balls in between the two corrugated cardboard levels. Those levels also make for a strong base for the toy. It's not ever really tipped over, but our thicc girl got a little over exuberant and managed to snap off the pumpkin dangle-y at the plastic, so it's not salvageable. The rest of it is still a big hit, though, and it will get a lot of love until the corrugated cardboard scratching part wears out.

Broken top

My cat was very interested in the toys but I'm not sure if the item I got was faulty and the top toy thing doesn't attach to the top of the scratcher. The instructions

My cat was very interested in the toys but I'm not sure if the item I got was faulty and the top toy thing doesn't attach to the top of the scratcher. The instructions said "screw on" but there's no screws just two tiny plastic lips one of which was already broken. So it sort of set on the top at first but then the toys fell off the first time the cat tried to play with them. I'm giving this three stars anyway because my kitten loves the cardboard scratcher, post, and ball toys and uses this all the time.

Not Particularly a Favorite

I will start by saying my product was received with a bit of a dent in the side, but this is expected as it's cardboard, and it was a very easy fix. It's very surprisingly

I will start by saying my product was received with a bit of a dent in the side, but this is expected as it's cardboard, and it was a very easy fix. It's very surprisingly sturdy, however I do wish where was some sort of material on the bottom to prevent slipping and sliding on the floor. Generally, my cats were intrigued but don't really engage with this toy. They especially love the balls with the bells and the sisal scratcher post, but the cardboard scratcher was completely ignored and they seemed quite scared of the hanging pumpkin specifically for some reason. So, overall not a favorite for my cats. But I do really like the design, how many features it has and that it comes with catnip. It unfortunately just wasn't a favorite for my cats specifically, even with the catnip sprinkled around for encouragement. I do think it's a worthy purchase however if your cat loves toys similar to the ones on this scratcher. I will most likely be donating mine or giving it to a fellow pet parent.

The best thing about this item is the scratching post located at the center. I’ve never had a cat that would use a scratching post, not even if I rubbed catnip on it. But my hub purchased this without letting me know so here we are. Surprisingly our two kittens, 4 mos. old, love this scratching post. LOVE IT! They couldn’t give two figs for the pumpkin and ghost hanging on a swivel. Totally bored with those..but loves the post!
