It’s warm and well insulated, but the Velcro lost its closing ability in less than a week. If my dog’s hair got in the way, it’d be one thing, but it’s primarily the Sherpa lining that’s getting in the way of the Velcro. We’ve been hand-pulling the lining out of the Velcro closure but it’s been futile

Perfect for the 20 degree below weather!

Warm and well build

Hood can clip to the back so it doesn't sit on their head. It encloses completely around the body and seals with Velcro ensuring warmth.

perfect except...

It is a really good jacket for the winter. I initially purchased an XXL based on her measurements and the recommended weight class listed but it was too big. I ended

It is a really good jacket for the winter. I initially purchased an XXL based on her measurements and the recommended weight class listed but it was too big. I ended up getting a XL which fits like a glove. Hear rough measurements: neck-18.5in, body length-23in, chest-25in Things I like: - sufficient protection on the underside of the jacket, but not restrictive - Double velcro allowing for space between the two for a no-pull harness attachment - Not very large arm holes but big enough to get her paws through without discomfort (she doesn't really like having her legs manoeuvred) - Pockets are not bulky: I don't see a purpose of the pockets other than aesthetics (neither good nor bad I guess) - Sizing is consistent between Frisco clothing items Things I don't like - The button/closure to hold the hood back doesn't work: I need to fold it back on itself to keep it out of her face - The fleece material does tend to shed a little and get stuck on the Velcro

Absolutely great winter “coat” for my newly rescued, underweight two year old dog, Annie! I adopted her Feb. 13, ordered the coat immediately, and Chewy got her coat to me just in time for a huge snowstorm! I love how well it fits her - it runs perfectly to size according to her measurements. It is very easy to Velcro fasten under her tummy. The hood is bulky but snaps back to hold it if the dog won’t wear it (she seems to be afraid of hoods). It was snowing very heavily and this coat kept her dry and warm, something very important to me due to her being underweight! The burgundy color is beautiful on her (she is black and white). I love it!
