This is an adorable toy, and I was really happy that my dog liked it, and it's the perfect size for my dog. I have a 35lb., 5-year-old Border Collie female who has never. ever. ever wanted to play with a ball and she is not toy driven. Unlike most Border Collies, my girl would not chase a ball or bring it back at all. I was thrilled that I could toss this and she would bring it back by the wings. She was even willing to play a little tug with it. The ball does squeak...a plus for my girl. Her prey drive kicks in and the wings add to the prey picture. I'm not sure if she likes the crinkly wings but I certainly do. Because the ball has wings, you can aim the toy where you want it to land. We played both indoors and outdoors. The wings make the toy very easy to see in the grass. Looking forward to having my girl have more fun fetching and tugging the Frisco Summer Parrot

Five Stars - Luna Stole the Show!

I originally got the Frisco Summer Parrot Fetch Squeaky Tennis Ball for my little dog, Potato Chip, because, well, he deserves nice things. But my Xoloitzcuintli, Luna, had other plans. The moment she saw it, her eyes lit up like I’d just handed her the world’s most exciting treasure. Before I could even explain to Potato Chip that this was his special review assignment, Luna had pounced, squeaked, and claimed it as her own. The toy itself? Adorable. A cute little parrot design with a satisfying squeak that Luna cannot get enough of. It’s been holding up well, but to be fair, Luna's breed isn’t exactly known for their powerful chompers—so I can’t say how it would stand up to a true heavy chewer. What I can say is that Luna carries it around like a prized possession, joyfully squeaking it with every step. And poor Potato Chip? He’s still waiting for his turn… Final verdict: A big hit! But if you have multiple dogs, be prepared for some sibling rivalry.

I liked the idea of this item because it has 2 of the things my 2 year old, 100 lb GSD loves in a toy--crinkle and squeak. That being said, if it were the squeaky ball alone, I wouldn't choose this toy because the ball is small enough to be a choking hazard to a large dog. With the crinkly wings attached to it, it's less likely to be a hazard unless the dog chews them off. Which is always a possibility. He loves the toy, it seems fairly durable, but it's not one I would leave him alone to play with because he can br destructive and he likes to roll around with a toy in his mouth. We like it, but I would probably not purchase this toy for a larger dog.

This ball includes a squeaker and two wing flaps, vibrant colors. I let my two Pit Bulls have a session with it and we loved it! The wings make it much easier for it to allow safer play than with a normal ball. I've got pretty sturdy dogs and this gave them about 15 minutes of play, would have lasted longer had I not chosen to use it as a tug, but I fully intend on adding these to their toy stock. Pretty funny to watch one fly by with the wings sticking out of her mouth, the other dog right on her tail.

Our 45lbs cattle/pyr really loved this little toy! She not much of a fetcher but she enjoys smaller toys that she can run around the house with, usually our socks. Unfortunately, our other 65lb pup got jealous and likes to chew, so one of the wings got nibbled off pretty quick. Good to keep an eye out because the wings do have a plastic film inside.
