How do I measure my dog for a raincoat?

For the best fit, we recommend measuring your pet and matching your pet's measurements as closely as possible to the sizing chart. To locate the complete sizing chart, please refer to the photo below or click the “Size” tab, next to the “Instructions” tab, just under the product photos. To measure your pet's body length, measure the base of the neck to the base of the tail. To measure the neck girth, measure around your pet's neck leaving room for two fingers and to measure chest girth, measure your pet's chest around the widest part. If your pet falls somewhere between two sizes, we advise ordering the larger of the two.

Poorly designed

Raincoat slips down to the side when she's walking. If the front piece went behind her legs instead of the front, this would've helped prevent the coat from sliding

Raincoat slips down to the side when she's walking. If the front piece went behind her legs instead of the front, this would've helped prevent the coat from sliding. Also, hood is too big and keeps falling down over her eyes so she can't see. On the other hand, people smile and compliment her when they see her in her yellow raincoat and her name on the back!

leg area could use work

it looks adorable! we had to get an XL cause he’s very long, but he’s skinny so it doesn’t fit underneath in the velcro area, wish it was more like a collar where

Fit well

According to measuring guide it fits well. Did have to roll the hood back a little so she could see where she’s going. Haven’t actually had much rain since we ordered

The jacket ripped on our first walk. The hole to pass the leash through is very small and likely won’t match up with most harnesses, only a collar. This is a major contact point. It has to endure a lot of tension, and rubbing. They should have added more material and stitching in this area to make it more durable. Similar to construction along the edge of the jacket. I was excited for this jacket when I first put it on my pup. Very disappointed that it immediately broke.
