I bought for the water that drips as Charlie drinks, walks and drips. I have 4 large dogs. I laid it down in a doorway between the laundry room and the kitchen, and Caroline will use it as a bed. Can't find her look to the laundry room, she is there.

Durable and absorbent!

I’ve bought these before , and will buy again, in both the largest and the smaller sizes. They wash well although the larger one can be heavy in your machine, I

I’ve bought these before , and will buy again, in both the largest and the smaller sizes. They wash well although the larger one can be heavy in your machine, I have a front loader, not sure how a standard washer with an agitator would be. I have an older Pomeranian who can’t “hold” it all day so these work well. Accidents are on the rug, doesn’t go through to the floor. They’re also great absorbing wet, muddy paws when the dogs come in from outside. 4 stars are only due to the “washer” wash issue/weight. Would recommend with that issue known.

Also works great under the giant water bowl, as one of the cats likes to splash it out of the bowl all over the floor - totally protects the floor from all these messes.
