Not personalized
This collar was supposed to be personalized and it wasn't. I'm not going to spend the time to find out how to return it for refund or exchange, even though I am disappointed I didn't get what I paid for.
Not What I Ordered
I ordered this collar personalized. It was not personalized. What a joke.
Very nice collar for my mini dachshund
The hardware is plastic, but my mini doesn't jerk or pull. The collar is beautiful, soft and it seems to be good quality. The embroidery is thick so its easily read. I chose white thread on a floral collar.

Pretty but big
This is as beautiful in person as it is in the picture. I love the flowers and embroidering. The collar is sturdy and feels good quality wise. The only reason I have it for 4 instead of 5 is that no matter how much asjudting, it still feels too big for my dog.
writing not visible if collar needs to be adjusted
The collar is cute and the standard quality you'd expect. The personalized stitching is a nice touch. The only (and major) problem with this product is that if you need to adjust the collar at all, it hides the stitching!
