What are some ways to make sure my images look their best?

For best results use the highest resolution images of your pet, in the best lighting. Also, be sure to use the onsite tools after uploading to zoom and rotate your image to fit just right. Ideal images are a minimum of 1000X1000 resolution.
How will I know what the final product will look like?

The onscreen 3D product preview is an accurate representation of what the final product will look like. As you adjust images in the square preview window, you will see them adjust in the product preview as well! Use the product preview as your guide as you add text, select fonts, choose colors, and adjust zoom and rotation on images.
Can I choose which text boxes I fill in?

Yes, you are not required to fill in all text boxes. Where multiple boxes are available you can choose the combination of text boxes which best fit your personalization.

Blurry font

I made this gift for a family member and when I received it the last letter was blurred and unreadable. I sent an email and photo to customer support and they kindly sent me a replacement. My fear was that it would look the exact same, and it does, sadly. I feel bad this gift fizzled. :(

Cute but name didn’t print all the way

These look great and seem study. But I was very disappointed to seem that my dogs name don’t print out completely. The last letter is faded making it hard to see what is full name is. What ordered vs what I got.

Personalized Christmas ornament

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Chewy, which makes this all the more disappointing. I ordered a personalized Christmas ornament and it came in the mail today. My dog’s name is Lucy and her name is printed on the ornament. However, the “u” in her name is just a faint red spot on both sides of the ornament. All the other letters are fine.

  • The u was not printed correctly on either side.

Love these ornaments!

This year I did a memory Christmas tree of all our pets, past and present, and included a few of the First Christmas ones for our current cats and dogs. They turned out beautifully, with high-quality reproductions of the images I sent. I'm so happy I did this! The tree is magical!
