Wood grows mold (and nothing else in our home has mold)

It appears to be rotting from the inside out. It was purchased for Christmas last year just over 365 days ago so Chewy won't do anything about it. Apparently

It appears to be rotting from the inside out. It was purchased for Christmas last year just over 365 days ago so Chewy won't do anything about it. Apparently growing rotting wood in less than a year of basic use is a reasonable or to be expected outcome for them.

Great looking and fun for my cat.

It can be hard to find a cat tower that actually looks nice and blends in and that also has the features your cat will use, but this one perfectly checks both boxes

It can be hard to find a cat tower that actually looks nice and blends in and that also has the features your cat will use, but this one perfectly checks both boxes. It looks great in our living room and is very unobtrusive even though it's a good size, and our cat loves it. He doesn't really go inside yet, but he's used the scratcher and likes jumping onto the different levels. Plus, it's sturdy and was easy to assemble, which is always nice.

I have reservations about the faux fur fabric and how it will stand up to use and time, but the product is exactly as pictured, and you can even customize it a tiny bit by angling the platforms since they have a single anchor point. One of my cats is not at all interested, but the other looooooves scratching, sleeping, and watching me on it.

I also appreciate that when the twine needs to be replaced, I will only have to replace or glue on 6 inches of twine vs cat climbers that have twine running up an entire leg. Highly recommend!

So cute and aesthetic and SOFT. This thing is soft. Easily to put together literally came in 3 days. Some reviews mentioned the positioning of the lower platform

So cute and aesthetic and SOFT. This thing is soft. Easily to put together literally came in 3 days. Some reviews mentioned the positioning of the lower platform on the Y shape branch having a bit of an odd position where ur cat might not sit right on it, thats true but u can kinda manipulate it too sit in a way that has more room for ur kitty. But really there's two other perfect platforms and the top of the house. So I think this thing is perfect and a huge upgrade.
