Can I get the black with pink lettering

It is possible to have pink thread color used on the black color. To see a visual of available thread colors, click on the color collar you'd like, then see the thread color photo.

Why is this collar “not for tie out”? The other brand does not mention this.

Ideally, for tie outs, it is recommended on getting a buckle collar instead of the plastic clip collars.

Theres nothing here that tells me HOW I will personalize this collar.

Nice visibility, fits well

I also have a black collar with orange information for use in showing, but wanted a high-vis one for general use. A phone numbers ON the pet, rather than just linked to a microchip, is great for helping a finder efficiently get a lost pet reunited, and on-collar is nicely readable. The embroidery is good quality and appropriately located; overall a very good ID collar at a reasonable price. My phone number is non-local so I included hometown rather than dog name on this one. It would be nice if one could specify sizing rather than the default of smaller numbers - I'd rather the number be in the larger size, as that's the most important content.

Cute but not a great fit for tiny dogs

It arrived very quickly for a personalized item. My dog is very small so this collar was a little too bulky for her in width and a bit too long. When adjusted down

It arrived very quickly for a personalized item. My dog is very small so this collar was a little too bulky for her in width and a bit too long. When adjusted down to her neck size of about 9", some of the lettering is not visible. I will see if I can revamp with cut/sew but I guess I need a cat collar instead so the text is easily visible if found by a stranger. My fault since this is the first personalized collar I've ever purchased.

quality of the collar

The product was fine but the embroidery was not so good. It was correct but the placement on the collar was bad. It is an adjustable collar but if you adjust it

It is an adjustable collar but if you adjust it to fit the buckle covers the embroidery and you can't read it. It didn't have to be that way. The embroidery could have been placed on the side away from the buckle and it would never get in the way. Disappointing
