Supportive bed for an old lady
By Jill on Dec 16, 2020
Got this bed for my 65lb Pitbull who is 9.5 years old and in good health. Her other bed was getting a dent in the middle and didn’t seem to be supporting her old bones as well anymore. This bed isn’t a typical Large size but it fits her very well. The solid foam is firm (but not hard) and supportive. I laid on it and couldn’t feel the ground (I’m 110lbs). She fell in love with this bed right out of the box. I couldn’t wait until Christmas so I gave it to her right away. Hours later she got up off my actual bed to go lay on her new bed instead. Never seen her do that before. Then she ate half her breakfast and went back to lay on her new bed. She refused to get up and finish eating until I brought Got this bed for my 65lb Pitbull who is 9.5 years old and in good health. That’s how much she loves it. For the price I couldn’t be happier. Giving 4 stars only bc although it suits her it really isn’t “large” … more

Not for chewers
By Piper on Nov 10, 2020
I wanted to love this bed...and initially did as it was super comfortable for my 8 month old lab. (like another reviewer mentioned, I tested it out too and it was super comfy) Despite the description saying not chew-resistent I took a chance and unfortunately it only lasted 2 weeks to the delivery date before my pup chew a hole thru the thin cover and had chunks of foam everywhere. So for those of you who have a dog that loves to chew - this is not the bed for you!

A+ Dog Bed!
By Beachgal on Dec 30, 2020
We have bought a lot of dog beds over the years for our Belgian Malenois, but our dog seems to love this one. We have purchased many brands of orthopedic beds that our dog seemed to enjoy, but this one stands out. It is firm enough, it doesn’t sag, but not too firm. This is the first bed our dog hasn’t dug a hole into trying to make it perfect. Eventually other beds tear open and are shredded due to the digging. Recommend!

It’s ok for still sleepers
By Felicia on Dec 30, 2020
My dog likes to stretch and turn when napping. While he seemed to find the bed comfortable, he has fallen off it in his sleep, scaring himself badly enough he won’t get on it now. It sits about 3 inches off the floor and stays firm. I got the big one and he had enough room to lay down, as long as he didn’t move. I ended up ordering something else that seems to work much better for him, but I will keep this as a backup.

Great Bed for dogs
By Dogbed on Jan 8, 2021
I’ve lost count of the number of beds I’ve purchased over the years for my 14 year old Sheltie. He would sleep near them but never on them till I got this bed. He has pressure sores on his elbows. “Get him a orthopedic bed,” said his vet. Sure, I thought, so he can sleep beside it. . But Walker sleeps on this bed every day. I wish I’d found it sooner!

Pays to look at measurements
By Gilly on Dec 5, 2020
We get the orthopedic beds because my girl has had two surgeries. I automate assumed the large would be big enough as she's a medium sized dog at 65-70lbs. Our other dog is about 90lbs. Unfortunately it's a bit small for a "large" size bed. They still like it and use it but for a "large" it should have been big enough.

Lasted less than a month
By missaelissa on Nov 24, 2020
The foam pad is very thick and dense, almost too firm for my dogs to lay on. They continued to prefer their old bed I left out for a couple of days. What's worse is that this bed lasted less than a month before my dog ripped open the white top and started pulling the foam out. What a waste of money.

Beds dented within a week
By BandB on Jan 6, 2021
I love the easy to clean the cover of this bed. However within less than a week both beds had a huge dent from where the dogs normally lay. Was highly disappointed with the quality of these beds. Even giving them a “break” they never retake their shape.

Murphy loves them
By Lynn on Nov 27, 2020
We ordered two beds for our 14 year old Murphy. She has one in our bedroom and one in the family room. She is comfortable on both. They seem to let her sleep better. Our order was filled very fast and arrived in good condition. The cats like them too!

the dog approves
By caljane on Nov 9, 2020
My older dog chooses the new dog bed over the old one, which the cats inherit from him. This said: I guess he likes it. I would wish the color of the plush would not be quite as light, making it look dirty really quickly. It is washable, but I am not much of a dog pillow sheet washer. The mattress is very firm, and one can feel the knobby foam mattress surface under the lining, which does not seem to bother the dog. This said: I think it’s a very good price-quality value.
