Stiff all over

I bought this harness because I wanted a small, inexpensive one for my puppy who will soon outgrow it. The straps are thick and difficult to adjust. Clips are half

I bought this harness because I wanted a small, inexpensive one for my puppy who will soon outgrow it. The straps are thick and difficult to adjust. Clips are half hidden inside the body of the harness. The harness itself is thick and stiff; it certainly doesn't move with the dog. It came with a lightweight leash made of the kind of thinner straps the harness should have. Basically, it's useless, and I wouldn't put it on anything other than a mechanical dog.
