How do you measure for size?

The kitties absolutly hate it, but I love it.

Thought this looked cute, but I expected the fluffs to not care for it. Indicating the size across the top and measuring between the pets ears would be a more accurate

Thought this looked cute, but I expected the fluffs to not care for it. Indicating the size across the top and measuring between the pets ears would be a more accurate size determination. The xs/s was a little to large for the medium sized kitty. Could only get one ear through and it would press down on the other ear. However the xs/s fit perectly on the larger 13lb kitty. They also did not care for the hat and took it off as quickly as possible. Passing this to my sister for her kitries to try. We think one may love it.
