Unimpressed with new bowls

I purchased these dame bowls a few years back and wanted new ones because mine had aged. I purchased multiple bowls expecting same quality as prior purchase. Nope

Smaller lettering.. smaller paw prints but same bowl and same price. They are also dirty on the bottom. Disappointed. The quality has gone down

Broken

The box the bowls came in was not marked FRAGILE. In fact, it didn’t even have the CHEWY logo on it. There was only paper in side the box and the bowl was broken. Very

The box the bowls came in was not marked FRAGILE. In fact, it didn’t even have the CHEWY logo on it. There was only paper in side the box and the bowl was broken. Very disappointing since it was for Christmas and it is now 2 days before Christmas. The packaging should automatically include some type of “egg-crate”to protect the breakables. Also, trying to reach someone to try and get one expedited to me is futile. I got the run around for 20 minutes and when transferred was hung up on. Very disappointed.

Got these for my dogs as a 3rd birthday gift. When I personalized them I used lighter colors and the preview defaulted to black. I thought “cool, darker bowl for lighter colors so it will be easier to read” the bowls that came where white so you can hardly read the light yellow I used for the names. I would have went with darker colors if the preview had used white.
