How will I know what the final product will look like?

The onscreen 3D product preview is an accurate representation of what the final product will look like. As you adjust images in the square preview window, you will see them adjust in the product preview as well! Use the product preview as your guide as you add text, select fonts, choose colors, and adjust zoom and rotation on images.

What are some ways to make sure my images look their best?

For best results use the highest resolution images of your pet, in the best lighting. Also, be sure to use the onsite tools after uploading to zoom and rotate your image to fit just right. Ideal images are a minimum of 1000X1000 resolution.

Can I choose which text boxes I fill in?

You are not required to fill in all text boxes. Where multiple boxes are available you can choose the combination of text boxes which best fit your personalization.

Requires a "0" rating

"Paws off" was same color as background so you couldn't read it. Dogs name is too small. Photos are not spaced out correctly. Dots appear through all of the pictures

"Paws off" was same color as background so you couldn't read it. Dogs name is too small. Photos are not spaced out correctly. Dots appear through all of the pictures and writing. A disaster of a bowl. Called, Chewy graciously replaced -- AGAIN, EVERY ERROR was duplicated the second time. Though I specified the issues on phone not one of them was addressed when the new bowl was made. The design is not layered in the correct order in manufacturing; the pictures are touching beside the name; the dots just ruin what was a cute design. Sadly, they need a competent person to create these before ANYONE should buy. A BIG, FAT NO! Don't waste your time or money -- our pets are far too valuable to be disregarded in such a manner.

The first bowl came with the dotted design all over her pictures. She looked like she had measles. I called and they ordered a second bowl. Same thing. Not professionally

They don't look anything like the advertised picture

The borders and "paws off" match the background color so you can't see them and the dot pattern just overlays everything, including on top of the pictures. Chewy

Chewy took care of us and refunded so the 1 star isn't for them, they were fantastic in fixing the problem, it's just a warning of the product itself.

You just need to have four photos of your pet to upload and then you pick from a variety of colors and add your pet's name. These would make great gifts!
