Buy with hesitation
My baby girl passed away after 13 years due to cancer and it was devastating. I wanted something to put outside in the garden to honor her memory. I had specifics that I wanted it personalized and I wanted a rock for our garden. Chewy didn’t have a great selection but I bought this because it was more like the image I had in my mind. I read a lot of reviews so I knew that it wasn’t a real rock but it is heavy like one. It’s also a decent size. The issue I have is with the lettering. It’s not engraved into the resin but more like a sticker. The lettering is a pale tan and is hard to read at a distance because it’s almost the same color as the “rock”. I’m afraid to put it outside as intended because I fear the lettering will fade. So it has been sitting in the box for several weeks while I decide what to do with it.

After having a beloved pet for even a short time is heartbreaking when it us time to say goodbye and our Charley Rose had been with us for 15yrs. I wanted something nice and this garden stone is looks nice. Heavy and the engraving is nicely done. I didnt give this 5 stars because the letter coloring is very light. But I had some black and pink acrylic paint, and added more coloring. Then sprayed with weather proofing. I would recommend this item. The price is good.
Disappointed
I ordered this with the intention of putting it in my garden. In the description it did not say that it could do not be placed outside, after all it is a garden stone. I put it out in the middle of May. Within a month it started to peel. I bought one for me and one for my son. I advised him not to place his outside. Very disappointed!
Finish chipping off after 2 weeks
I noticed today that the finish is all coming off and it’s only been a couple of weeks that it’s been outside. However I call Chewey and they are going to send me another one.

Just as depicted. I’m very pleased with the quality and sturdiness of the marker. I put several coats of acrylic on it to prevent fading. Received faster than expected also. So pleased.
Amazing Memorial Stone for my garden
I ordered two more memorial stones for my garden for my two fur-babies I lost this past year. Both stones turned out beautiful and look amazing among my herbs. It is a beautiful way to remember my amazing babies.
Not quite what I had hoped, but okay
The "stone" itself is a nice quality. What I am not happy with is the engraving. Whoever did the setting for the ink put part of her name in an area that makes the first letter blend in with a darker part of the stone. It looks like somebody did not align the typeset correctly. The first letter really ruins the appearance, but I really do not want to go through the process of returning it. I just want to get her memorial garden done so I can have some closure. Otherwise, I think it is a nice quality if they can pay more attention to the text settings.

Perfect for Memorial!
I purchased 2 large "stones": one for myself and one for my best friend. We each lost our cats at the ages of 19 and 20. This is a resin with a hollow underside, which is actually perfect. It's not too heavy yet stays put in high winds - it looks great in our flower beds. The personalization was perfect.
