Incorrect pictures when ordering more than one mug

I ordered two of these mugs for stocking stuffers. I uploaded two photos to be printed on each, a total of 4 different photos. The mugs turned out cute although the same picture was used on the front and back of one mug, and on the front of the other. It wasn't ideal, would not order again unless I knew they would come as expected.

I ordered this for my partner and best friend for Christmas. During the winter snowstorm on the east coast, they initially were not going to make it in time for Christmas. But Chewy delievered it again! It arrived on the day before, just in time for me to wrap it up and put it under the tree. The cup is simple and beautiful with the perfect pictures of my dog. Thanks Chewy!

Photos came out grainy

The personalization did not work out on this coffee mug. The photos looked like they were taped on before putting them in the kiln. I ordered another coffee mug with a different design and it turned out great.

I purchased 4 of these, each one with different pics, and had them shipped directly to 2 different homes in 2 different states, and Everyone one LOVES them and is impress with the quality, and packaging /mailing of the mugs. I called Chewy (after purchase) and asked for the packing slips to be removed from the boxes in the warehouse before shipping and that was done each time. 5 GOLD STARS to Chewy staff (customer service and Warehouse staff) also!

I love the idea of the coffee cup that allows for 2 photos but I was disappointed that the photo did not appear larger. It also would have been nice to be able to choose the word(s) under the photo.

This mug came out perfect. Bought a few for Christmas gifts. These mugs are a good size, they’re nice and sturdy. The pictures are so clear and I like that I had the option of using 2 different photos. Love these mugs, can’t wait to give them out.
