How will I know what the final product will look like?

The onscreen 3D product preview is an accurate representation of what the final product will look like. As you adjust images in the square preview window, you will see them adjust in the product preview as well! Use the product preview as your guide as you add text, select fonts, choose colors, and adjust zoom and rotation on images.
What are some ways to make sure my images look their best?

For best results use the highest resolution images of your pet, in the best lighting. Also, be sure to use the onsite tools after uploading to zoom and rotate your image to fit just right. Ideal images are a minimum of 1000X1000 resolution.
Can I choose which text boxes I fill in?

Yes, you are not required to fill in all text boxes. Where multiple boxes are available you can choose the combination of text boxes which best fit your personalization.

The Gift I hoped to impress

I'm kinda bummed that the color showed was the same that I received but instead of blue it came in black. This was my second attempt to perfect and alil disappointing. The next was the name on the bottom didn't come out like they show. I'm gonna give it to my friend and pretend its perfect. I have put my 1st attempt along side another pic I have in my bedroom 'cause it's a memory of a lifetime.

Great way to save memories...

I've ordered this item before and liked the quality and also gave them as gifts. I decided to get one for Mother's Day, using my Son's photo, but didn't want any text on it, so I left those options blank. Item arrived today (Sun. May 9th, 2021) and I was so excited to see how it turned out. My heart sank when I saw this large black square near the bottom of the photo. It's where the text would go (?), but I figured if you didn't add any text info, it would be left blank so you'd only have the framed photo. I guess you have no choice but to have text or end up with a large black square. The item would make for a nice gift, just keep in mind you'll have to have some kind of text on the picture.

Absolutely Perfect
