Yes, you are not required to fill in all text boxes. Where multiple boxes are available you can choose the combination of text boxes which best fit your personalization.

What are some ways to make sure my images look their best?

For best results use the highest resolution images of your pet, in the best lighting. Also, be sure to use the onsite tools after uploading to zoom and rotate your image to fit just right. Ideal images are a minimum of 1000X1000 resolution.

How will I know what the final product will look like?

The onscreen 3D product preview is an accurate representation of what the final product will look like. As you adjust images in the square preview window, you will see them adjust in the product preview as well! Use the product preview as your guide as you add text, select fonts, choose colors, and adjust zoom and rotation on images.

Is the mug available in a 15-oz size?

The preview of this mug looked nothing like the one I got. The lettering is so little. I can't even read it, and the picture didn't fill the whole box, so I have white edges. The mug should look better physically than the preview. Very disappointing.
