I am trying to adjust the size of my pic so it fits perfectly in the space however I need the width longer so it covers the entire white part of the mug? Is that possible?

First click on the orange button that says "Personalize Now" and a new window will pop up asking you to add a picture of your pet. After a picture has been uploaded, there will be both a size and a rotation bar that will help resize the picture to fit the mug. If you would like the picture itself to be wider, it would need to be edited first before uploading for personalization.

10 ounces automatic coffee brew went over the top, filled the reserve and onto the counter. Rather expensive cup for onetime use. Adorable picture though.

I’m very happy with the way my mug turned out! My Chihuahua is 15 years old and I used an older picture of her that is my favorite of her! From when she was about 10 years old. It turned out really special and I’ll always have this mug to remember her by! I highly recommend getting one of these if I had known about this sooner I would have gotten a progressive set through the years! They would make a fun collection!

I got this mug personalized with a picture of our cat for my wife for Valentine's day. She loves it! And it came out really well. The colors and patterns are fairly customizable, and the size is a pretty normal size. My only critique is that I couldn't figure out how to change the font size, or if that was even possible, and the letters on the top and bottom row are *really* tiny.
