- While your dog is standing, measure your dog from the tip of their nose to base of their tail.
- While your dog is sitting or standing, measure your dog from the top of their head to the floor.

Save Your Money
By Mace on Jan 20, 2021
For the price I paid my expectations were much higher. The spring latch is poorly thought out, my German Shepard would push against it and it would fall apart. She also chewed through the side of it. For this price I expected to walk into the house with the dog where I left her not trashed house with her running freely. Tried using zip ties and that worked for a little. I’m not one that normally complains but here’s some advice save your money this product isn’t worth it.

I don't trust it
By AdventureCatTrainer on Jan 21, 2021
I just received the medium-sized plastic kennel today. I swung the kennel out in front of me and dropped it on the sidewalk. When I picked it up again, I found that the top of the kennel had a crack near the handle. Due to how quickly it cracked, I'm iffy on it being able to safely contain two big cats. Disappointing with the price I had to pay.

Puppy loves it!
By Wins on Jan 17, 2021
My 10-week-old miniature goldendoodle who hated his metal crate jumped right into this one the moment he saw it. He clearly sees it as his home. The kennel is sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. Very happy with the purchase.

Bane vs Crate
By LP90 on Dec 20, 2020
I had really high hopes for this crate but it did not withstand my pit bull with high anxiety. He has eaten a hole in the side big enough to stick his head through. Which is insanely disappointing for the price these crates are. It’s a great crate my other dog hasn’t chewed on his or anything but definitely doesn’t stand against my Pit.

Spacious and Secure
By Debbie on Jan 1, 2021
My puppy loves her kennel. Sleeps in it every night and eagerly goes in. It's airy and spacious for my 20# goldendoodle, but will fit her well when she reaches double her size. I think the solid sides on the lower half gives her a sense of security. We are all very happy!

Great Kennel
By MomOf5 on Nov 2, 2020
I bought this kennel for my dog because she had a wire crate and she is small so her legs kept going through the bars (She sleeps in weird positions!) and she’d get small cuts on her legs and paws. The solid bottom prevents that from happening. It’s a fairly lightweight kennel and any dog with enough strength of will could bust out easily. My dog loves her kennel so she takes naps in it, and sleeps in it overnight no problem. If you’re comparing this style kennel to a wire one know that the measurements are taken from the widest part and the floor space is actually a lot less than the measurement. So, if you want your baby to be able to stretch out - size up one or two sizes. So, if you want your baby to be able to stretch out - size up one or two sizes. You should also know your dog’s measurements & not just their weight. My dog weighs 24 lbs, but she’s built like a whippet - long body, long legs. The kennel size by weight is waaaaay off for her. She actually needs the 36” kennel. Her measurements are 18” long from base of neck to tail, 20” tall (foot to shoulder). The plus part of this kennel is how lightweight it is! I can move this easily whereas the wire kennel of the “same” size is much heavier. It’s kind of annoying that there’s no handle on the top to move the crate when empty of its occupant, but there’s plenty of holes around the side for a quick grab. The lab in the picture is 64 lbs. she has her own oversized kennel, lol … more

Warning: read the internal dimensions!
By Sarah on Dec 4, 2020
I bought the intermediate crate based off of the dimensions chart in the photos. Turns out the inside dimensions are a lot smaller than the external! My dog barely fits in it, and I would be worried about her cramped inside this while we're traveling on a plane. Now I have to buy a new one so she will fit - don't be like me and check the inside dimensions first!

Seems sturdy but note the dimensions are smaller than quoted
By snowyeverest on Oct 29, 2020
We bought the largest size for a golden retriever, XL (product description says 40L x 27W). But the internal dimensions are actually much smaller, measuring 34L x 22W at base. The compartment tapers inward quite a bit, hence why there's a 6" difference to the external panels maximum dimensions. Something to be aware of if you are purchasing for a large dog. You may need to look for a different brand whose internal compartment dimensions are roomier. The height is true to size, just not the width and length. Apart from the compartment sizing issue, the kennel seems sturdy and well built. Also a plus that it doesn't use plastic bolts, which are more prone to breaking and would not comply with We bought the largest size for a golden retriever, XL (product description says 40L x 27W). Poor design, avoid if you need a door
By DogOwner on Oct 22, 2020
Making a hard sided crate isn’t tough conceptually. You need a shell, and an operable door. This product fails miserably at the latter and is unusable as a result. 1) Alignment/Balance issues The door is inherently unstable and cannot stay open (or closed). The floating hinge design doesn’t work due to imprecision in the plastic hollows. The door itself is unbalanced which causes it to list to one side. 2) The latch Oh, the door latch. The spring mechanism jams repeatedly, which frequently makes pinching to close or open a 30-second process. Even when you solve for that problem, it’s a pain to actually engage the lock because the pegs don’t really align with the hollows in the plastic Making a hard sided crate isn’t tough conceptually. Plastic Dog and Cat Kennel by Frisco
By Superlooney on Jan 12, 2021
This is a great kennel. Light weight and locks securely. Large enough for my puppy that will become a medium dog. This was easy to assemble also, with good instructions.
