How will I know what the final product will look like?

The onscreen 3D product preview is an accurate representation of what the final product will look like. As you adjust images in the square preview window, you will see them adjust in the product preview as well! Use the product preview as your guide as you add text, select fonts, choose colors, and adjust zoom and rotation on images.

What are some ways to make sure my images look their best?

For best results use the highest resolution images of your pet, in the best lighting. Also, be sure to use the onsite tools after uploading to zoom and rotate your image to fit just right. Ideal images are a minimum of 1000X1000 resolution.

Can I choose which text boxes I fill in?

You are not required to fill in all text boxes. Where multiple boxes are available you can choose the combination of text boxes which best fit your personalization.

Can I upload images from social media?

For the best results, be sure to use images that are clear, in focus and well lit. We recommend using original hi-resolution files for the best print quality.

I do love the blanket, but the picture was just a bit pixelated. I suppose that should not have been a surprise, but I was just a bit disappointed. Aside from that, I love it. I gifted one to my friend who had just lost her 13 yo GSD and she was in tears of appreciation. The pixelation didn't bother her at all.

I wasn't sure about leaving such a negative review especially considering how much I love Chewy. I'm glad that the previous reviewers had a good experience, but as for me I am very disappointed. This was to be a Christmas gift for a dear friend who recently lost her beloved Bichon after 14 years. It also included a picture of my German shepherd who had passed away 2 years ago. The two were great friends. When I previewed the photo the picture looked very clear and perfect. When the blanket came I was shocked at how fuzzy the image was, nothing like the preview. I was also disappointed in the quality of the sherpa backing. It was thin and not what I would call plush at all. I put off leaving this review but I can't in good conscious give this as a remembrance blanket for Christmas to my friend.

Amazing!

First let me say it got delivered in a week! I was a little nervous of how it would look being done so quickly. But I was amazed and so happy at the way it looks

First let me say it got delivered in a week! I was a little nervous of how it would look being done so quickly. But I was amazed and so happy at the way it looks and the quality!! It’s almost lifelike, I got the Sherpa and it is so cozy. The picture is our dog Jax and our grandkids Austin and Lila. Of course when they saw it they wanted it for themselves, so I’m now ordering another blanket for us!
