Any image that is a JPG, PDF, PNG, EPS, GIF, or TIFF that is 10MB or less can be uploaded. Please ensure you have the rights to see any image that is uploaded.

How will I know what the final product will look like?

The onscreen 3D product preview is an accurate representation of what the final product will look like. As you adjust images in the square preview window, you will see them adjust in the product preview as well! Use the product preview as your guide as you add text, select fonts, choose colors, and adjust zoom and rotation on images.

What are some ways to make sure my images look their best?

For best results use the highest resolution images of your pet, in the best lighting. Also, be sure to use the onsite tools after uploading to zoom and rotate your image to fit just right. Ideal images are a minimum of 1000X1000 resolution.

Quality of blanket is good, that is the only good thing. The photo I used was a good photo however when put on the blanket it is a mess. All ran together into background

You cant tell there is actually a pet in the mess. If its my photo I should of been asked to submit diff ones or if they would of edit it on the blanket. I love chewy and their products. Very disappointed in this item. For the price you pay ... Dont buy.
