As you adjust images in the square preview window, you will see them adjust in the product preview as well! Use the product preview as your guide as you add text, select fonts, choose colors, and adjust zoom and rotation on images.

What are some ways to make sure my images look their best?

For best results use the highest resolution images of your pet, in the best lighting. Also, be sure to use the onsite tools after uploading to zoom and rotate your image to fit just right. Ideal images are a minimum of 1000X1000 resolution.

Can I choose which text boxes I fill in?

You are not required to fill in all text boxes. Where multiple boxes are available you can choose the combination of text boxes which best fit your personalization.

New material and it hasn't lasted a month

We were solicited to finally order another dish for our other dog. The last 3 are still perfect and have lasted 2 years and are absolutely fine.. beautiful finish,

We were solicited to finally order another dish for our other dog. The last 3 are still perfect and have lasted 2 years and are absolutely fine.. beautiful finish, everything came out perfect. When we ordered this one, we thought again it came out perfect, but right away we noticed it made a different sound when pouring food in it, it sounded cheaper and guess what, today I washed them and upon washing this one I noticed it had a Crack on one wall feeling it on both sides. Didn't even last a month, so dissapointing and I almost considering buying one for our grandpuppy Max, but not now. Save your money choose something else until you know the materials are good quality.
