I requested this product via the Pawsibilities Program for my tree frog's bioactive exhibit a week ago and redid it for him, as it got VERY overgrown and he was unable to jump around. The piece of wood I got was a little too long for a 12"x12"x18" tank however it can be cut and still hold its shape very well. I have caught my frog using it a good number of times as an arboreal species, but his favorite spot still happens to be the thermometer/humidity gauge. Despite this bias on behalf of my frog, it gives a brighter pop to his tank along with a cleaner look. Since I have acquired silicone and expanding foam, I will be redoing his exhibit in the future and I expect this wood to give great contrast to his custom background while promoting natural behaviors for him to express. Grapevine wood is great for terrariums however due to its light nature; it is not recommended for aquarium use. I approve of this product and encourage everyone to buy some for their herps and inverts.

My bearded dragon is a HUGE fan of any and all wood/log pieces in her terrarium. Unfortunately, sizes can’t really be chosen with things like this so the particular piece that we got is slightly to big for my beardie current tank set up. That being said, my beardie is due for a bigger tank upgrade so, once that happens, she’s going to be set!

Not for humid enclosures
Got three of these branches, put them in brand new clean enclosures for ball pythons. They molded in less than 4 days. And cost me a lot of money to replace substrate
Got three of these branches, put them in brand new clean enclosures for ball pythons. They molded in less than 4 days. And cost me a lot of money to replace substrate and etc. However I did get a refund. And the snakes are not harmed. I do not reccomend these for any humid enclosures, but maybe they'd do better in drier conditions.
