Only half the packs arrive

We've order this two-pack many times, and it almost always happens that we only receive one of the two packs. We've had to reach out to Chewy support every time

We've order this two-pack many times, and it almost always happens that we only receive one of the two packs. We've had to reach out to Chewy support every time to request the second pack. They pay twice for shipping when they could either A) get it right and put the two packs in the box to begin with, or B) just sell this as a single pack to begin with, which is an option they don't offer.

I don't put it into their litter boxes with my rabbits in tow because all the paper products I have tried produced some type of dust... I always use this...have had no issues with my pets, but then they do not bury in it or dig in it....

I decided to try this brand since the price was pretty good for the amount that you get. However I noticed very quickly upon opening the first bag and putting some in my hamsters enclosure that it's EXTREMELY dusty. Tons of dust would come pouring out when you break apart the clumps. It created a whole layer of dust to form all around the enclosure and my arms from a small amount of bedding. I'm afraid it's not very suitable if you're shopping for a hamster since this much dust will likely cause respiratory issues if your hamster burrows in it. I can't say for sure about other animals but definitely a no for hamsters

I have two house rabbits. Normally I use Carefresh, but I decided to try this while it was on sale around Black Friday and I regret it! I finally used the rest of it and while I used it, I couldn't stand it! The litter stuck to my poor bunnies and hence ended up all over. The oder from the litterbox was noticable within a few hours of cleaning it while I used this. Carefresh I can go for about two days before I notice smell and have to clean the box. Definitely not worth it!
