Very Light weight but gets everywhere

This bedding is nice but it is very light weight and goes everywhere when jumping in and out of their bunny litters. Also sticks to their fur so when they run around

Only half of the order delivered, almost every time

We've order this two-pack many times, and it almost always happens that we only receive one of the two packs. We've had to reach out to Chewy support every time

We've order this two-pack many times, and it almost always happens that we only receive one of the two packs. We've had to reach out to Chewy support every time to request the second pack. They pay twice for shipping when they could either A) get it right and put the two packs in the box to begin with, or B) just sell this as a single pack to begin with, which is an option they don't offer.

Issues with receiving correct product

The product itself I have no issues with. More frequently than not I receive only one of packs of bedding. It is supposed to be 2 packs shrink wrapped together

The product itself I have no issues with. More frequently than not I receive only one of packs of bedding. It is supposed to be 2 packs shrink wrapped together. It’s been about 4 times now I only receive one of the supposed to be 2 packs. Chewy does at least rectify the issue right away but it is frustrating and annoying to go through not getting the correct product and then having to contact customer service to get help. I will no longer be buying the twin pack. This seems to be a warehouse picking issue which I hope Chewy will address.

I’ve been using this for a while now. It’s nice because these can store easier and takes up less space. The bedding is not as absorbent as other brands though. This is also supposed to be a 2 pack, but when this gets delivered it is sent as a single bag. Chewy is usually great about correcting the issue and will send over the missing package, but this problem happens frequently and I hate having to reach out each time to fix the order. I stopped ordering this brand.

I have been using this bedding for a while now and had pretty good luck with it, up until the last few bags I received. They were/are full of hard, pokey pieces of bedding... If it pokes and irritates my hands just reaching into the bags, I can only imagine how much it irritates my guinea pig's feet... I had the same problem with another brand of bedding earlier this year, so it's very frustrating going through this again.
