Love the lavender and so does my guinea pig. Absorbent, less odors than some.

Small pack
For it being small , I was able to change all my 3 rabbits and still have half of it left.

It's a very nice, clumped and soft paper bedding. It doesn't really have any outward or strong scents, and it breaks apart nicely to fill a rabbit litter box and I'm sure would also easily fill an enclosure for a guinea pig or hamster. I do believe that this would make GREAT burrowing bedding for a hamster or mouse due to the fact that it does like to maintain it's shape and if you don't break it apart, it could be good enrichment for them. As nice as the bedding is, I wouldn't highly recommend it for a rabbit litter box, just because I think there are far cheaper and longer lasting alternatives. However if you have a small critter to use this for actual bedding and not just as a litter, it seems highly durable. It does still contain waste and without smell, and cleaning out small sections seems like a breeze!

I have a free roaming indoor rabbit who uses a litter box, and used this for her. Usually when I switch litters I mix first for a couple weeks, but she hasn't been particularly picky so I just the product alone. She didn't have any issues, and went and used the litter box right away. I put her Timothy hay in the box as well and she hopped right in. No dust, no odor.....this bedding is very soft too. It expands nicely and I only used a chunk for a large litter box. I have had rats, mice and a hamster and this bedding would be great for them to burrow in. It looks nice and is very absorbent.

This bag of bedding is just cute! The colors are pleasing and the bag is generously full of bedding!! It does its job and absorbs bunny urine well. It keeps the smell down for sure but I clean the potty trays twice a week or more if the bunnies are rambunctious with their potty needs. Bedding is very soft and fluffy, so major points for that! All that being said, it is like other bedding out there for small animals. I wouldn’t use it for their daily bedding, but would use it in a pinch if I’m low on their usual potty tray bedding, or if a bunny needed to be isolated due to illness or post spay/neuter. It works well and the bunnies like it, so that’s a win for sure!!
Guinea Pig bedding that works!

We used the frisco Paper Small Animal Bedding for our two male guinea pigs in their 40X60 house. frisco said it would expand up to 3X, and it really did. We used about 1/2 of the bag on the guinea pig's large space. It's fluffy, nice and clean looking. There doesn't seem to be any dust, and it doesn't seem to hold the odor as much as other brands we've tried. It does absorb their waste making it easy to spot clean. This has been the best animal bedding that we've found so far for these guys.

I wanted to try something different for my rabbits bedding. The bedding is tightly packed, so it’s a good value yielding good coverage once it’s spread apart. The bedding is soft and I love the pretty purple and white color. I also love the smell as it comes out of the bag; it is a very faint and pleasant lavender smell. Not overwhelming at all. As for doing the intended job, I believe that while this is a pretty good bedding material, it does not hold up too well. My rabbits bin really needed to be changed more often with this bedding due to urine smells. Typically I will go up to 3 days, but within a day the bin needed to be changed. As for the rabbits, they started to dig through the bin, which they normally don’t do, perhaps looking for lavender goodies? This wouldn’t be our preferred bedding but will do okay in a pinch.
10/10 Love This
Wow! I love this bedding. I have five (yes, five!) rabbits, so I go through a lot of it, as you can imagine. I have used this one bag twice so far for new litter
Wow! I love this bedding. I have five (yes, five!) rabbits, so I go through a lot of it, as you can imagine. I have used this one bag twice so far for new litter for five bun boxes, and I may get two more sets judging from what is left. So, yes. It expands A LOT, is very absorbent, controls the odor, and looks pretty too. I may have found my new bun litter! Very impressed so far.
Lavender smell that doesn’t annoy the little one

Our rabbit is a very picky and refined lady. She decides what remains in her “apartment loft/home” since she stomps when we call it a cage (literally). I was expecting her to rebel and refuse to eat due to the unusual scent coming out of her litter box, but no, she immediately took to it and was undeterred by the change. The lavender helps with reducing the ammonia smell and for once I can sometimes forget that a litter box is in the living room!
Paper fluffy bedding
Average paper bedding. Good for small pets like hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs and rabbits. Has some odor control but still needs to be changed sooner than 7 days
Average paper bedding. Good for small pets like hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs and rabbits. Has some odor control but still needs to be changed sooner than 7 days as depending on animal size paper becomes saturated. Also good for a dig box for rabbits. Great for gerbils as the paper "fluffs" up and is absorbent enough for a week or more due to their limited urine output. Bag may appear small but fluffs to many times the size of the bag
