Good collar, but misses the mark
This is a great idea and a really good collar, but the design fell short. When the collar is adjusted to fit my dog, the plastic piece used to adjust the length goes right across the first part of our phone number. Someone who found my dog would have to adjust the collar to read while my dog was wearing it. I also find that the although the print isn't hard to read, it doesn't stand out so much that a person who doesn't know to look on the band would see it (I got the blue collar).
Runs very big
Eventhough I measured the collar is way too big. Now trying to figure out what to do since it's a custom order.
Good quality, Caution Sizing - Recommend!
Our dog is a male, golden retriever, weighs 75 lbs at 1 year old, neck measures 21". We typically order him a large in dog items, but based on the reviews saying it runs large we went with a medium. The medium fits him perfectly, and I can fit a hand under it so I think it's comfortable for him but he can't wriggle out. Please note it is at the max extension. With it being extended all the way, we can read the name and number perfectly. We went with a red collar and black stitching, and it is really nicely done. If he gets bigger and needs to size up, I'll definitely be ordering this again.
Dangerous.
The collar for the leash got stuck on our collies jaw and she almost choked, luckily, we came home when we did I would not recommend this. very dangerous
good collar but
I ordered the small size but it was a little too snug. I then ordered the medium size and it fits better. I had to make the collar smaller than the max size and that covers up some of the writing that I had added.
I like this collar better than the previous one
I had another collar for my dog that listed her name and phone number. However, it didn't have the break-away feature. Also, it was hard to adjust the fit. This time I got black lettering so dirt won't hide it.

She really needed a new collar. The old one was stretched and the “wrong” color. My beautiful girl does attract attention; but, at 90 lbs and wearing a blue collar, many admirers commented on HIM. ;-) I feel better knowing she has added identification with her name and my number clearly imprinted on her new collar. I simply attached her rabies tag to it. Oh, and she is quite stylish also. I was able to purchase a matching leash to go with it. Thanks for one-stop shopping and fair prices, Chewy!
attractive and functional
Really nice collar, attractive and sturdy, great martingale closure with a generously-sized loop. Sadly, my dog (a champion destroyer of many household objects) or her foster sister severed it, so I guess I'll get another.
Great collar
I am very happy with our new collar, although it took some doing to get the right one. Our new rescue is about a year. His neck measured 16 inches, so I thought if we went to larger size (starting at 17 inches), it would give him room to grow into it. Sadly, I put it on him and crated him while I was out for a few hours. It was plenty big enough for him to get it off and chew almost completely through. Second try, same size. I thought I could tighten it up enough so it would work. Even making it as small as I could, he got it almost off, but stuck in his mouth. Save that one for later. Third try, went for the smaller size. But while I was ordering it, after entering the personalization, it evidently reverted back to the larger size. I missed that. Wound up with the third personalized collar, but too big. Fourth try, I caught the size change in time. Got the size I wanted. It is well made and fits great. The stitching on the collar is nicely done.

This a nice collar but it is huge!! I always order a large for my goldens and they usually are fine this collar is huge I probably need a medium small Sad about this purchase
