After selecting "Personalize Now", the personalization window will appear. Under the "Image" tab, there is the option to "Upload" your images. It is recommended to upload a JPG, PDF, PNG, EPS, GIF or TIFF that's 10MB or less.

Very good product

This was ordered as a gift for my wife. It was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. When it did arrive it was in good condition. The mug seems to be good quality

disappointed

I was looking forward to giving this a Christmas gift until I received my package opened it up and noticed a clear finger print in the label/design. Even though

Even though it’s a cute mug, it looks sloppy with someone’s random finger print. It’s clear as day and I’m not sure why they just wouldn’t fix the problem or remake it. Why send it as is?
