Water Fountain is Just okay
The fountian is nicely made and quiet are the upsides. The downsides are that the pump is a little undersized so when adjust to high it only allows the water to dribble out the top for drinking and there is no light to see the water level. As the interior is stainless it is dark so in order to check the water level I have to use a flashlight.
The cats love it!l
Our older cat is constantly thirsty but wasnt always happy with the water in her bowl. This fountain has solved the problem. Both cats took to using this fountain right away! I love that it automatically turns off when the water level is too low. I keep a jug of water nearby so I can just top off the fountain every day or so.
eh could be better
The first real issue I had was the filter. I didn’t understand what the reviews meant when they said the filter doesn’t fit properly. It doesn’t and it’s confusing. Second, for some weird reason it started to rattle sometimes and I would have to hit the side to make it stop.
Filter Not Ideal
Nice fountain overall. Agree with one of the previous review that the filter does not fit squarely within the housing and the instructions do not provide any hint of correct placement. The instructions also don't really give you a good feel on how to assemble the internal components. But you can figure it out yourself eventually. I jammed my filter in at a diagonal which sorta works but I'm guessing it's just the wrong size and should be re-sized in the future.
Avoid this one
Filter does not fit. Pump is very weak and will not push water through the cactus top, even with the filter off. I thought this would be a great fountain since is was not inexpensive. I want to send this junk back. Avoid this one.
Functional and Cute!
I am plant lover and this was perfect for my decor. It works well and my cats love it. Easy to clean and refill. It's very quiet and I can only hear the motor if I have my ear right next to it.
Good but dumb filter
This water fountain actually works. I bought my cat a different one and it stopped working a week later but this one is still working very well. The filter doesn't fit properly but if you put it in diagonally it works. Not really sure if this filter even does much though...??
it works and it’s cute lol
Worked right away and instructions are easy to follow. The filters don’t fit into the housing unit in a way that one with ocd would appreciate but it works and keeps the water cleaner than previous kitty fountains I’ve used
Quiet and clean
The cats took to it almost immediately but what I love most is the pump is completely silent. The lip keeps the water in the bowl and not on the floor. I have has several different water pumps for my cats but this is the best yet.
Don't buy if you want the water filtered
Filter does not AT ALL fit inside the filter box. Clearly product was not tested before release. Shame, because I really like it otherwise.
