Is the personalization on the tags engraved or printed?
The personalization on this tag is engraved with a laser engraver. The engraving process does not involve the use of inks or printing. If the tag is worn with other tags (i.e. license tags, additional pet tags, charms, etc.) the tag surface, along with engraved design and personalization, can wear due to friction.
The ring was not meant for leash attachment. The tag's split ring is meant only for attachment of the tag to a collar/harness.

The Frisco Stainless Steel Personalized Dog & Cat ID Tag, Star is the best ID tag. It's amazing how much information they can etch on each side the ID tag. These ID tags keep a their shine, are easy to read, never tarnish, or rust. I have purchased 8 tags thus far for my 2 boy kittens. Once they started going outside, collars and ID tags were getting lost. Best to stock up on ID Tags and collars for your animals. if they go outside. I highly recommend this ID Tag.
Ingratiating already missing straight out of box
The engraving and everything is correct but the black part of the engraving was already starting to chip before it was unpackaged. I seriously doubt it will hold up long enough for an 8month old cat. It’s beautiful but the engraving needs some work on the sellers end. The collar I bought I the same order is from a different brand.
Affordable and Perfect
These tags are exactly what I was looking for; unique but not overwhelming, and affordable. My girls love them, and they stand out even in all of their basset folds of skin.

My dog and I are very pleased with this tag choice. It's made of high-quality metal, not some cheap, thin thing. There's plenty of room for contact info on both sides. Would recommend!
