Is the personalization on the tags engraved or printed?
The personalization on this tag is engraved with a laser engraver. The engraving process does not involve the use of inks or printing. If the tag is worn with other tags (i.e. license tags, additional pet tags, charms, etc.) the tag surface, along with engraved design and personalization, can wear due to friction.
The ring was not meant for leash attachment. The tag�s split ring is meant only for attachment of the tag to a collar/harness.

Stays on while running through the woods
We've always had a problem with the dogs losing tags while running through the woods. We have a hound that has even managed to dislodge one that was riveted. So far these have survived. I also like that the print is large enough to read without having to get too close. Hopefully the ink will hold up over time. They are a bit of a struggle to get on depending on how thick the collar is but that is worth it to keep them in place.

I bought these taxes 3 years ago and they look as good now as when I got them. No jangling and danger of catching on something like a heater vent. They don’t wear out at all because they are on the collar. The collars wear out before the tag would. Highly recommend!
The Quiet Dog Tag
My little girl didn't like the tags that hung from her collar. This smart device attached nicely to her collar with no interference to her fur and has plenty of space to include all the important contact information on it
Causing my dogs hair to wear off
I liked this cause it was streamlined. However, it appears that the back of it has now caused my dogs hair to be scratched off this neck. It is from his pulling on the leash, but now getting a normal tag, hoping his hair will grow back
Exactly as pictured
I bought these tags for my dogs and my moms dog based on a friends recommendation. Exactly what I was expecting. A little hard to get on for thick collars but very secure. I ordered size small and my dogs are all small terrier mixes. (Yorkie/Maltese/shih tzu)
Best tag ever!
I have bought several tags through the years for my dogs, and one of my dogs in particular does not care for the hanging type. Any chance he gets, he will chew it off. I've tried several materials and it never worked. I thought I'd try this one against the collar, and so far it's been 6+ months and going strong. The font on the tag is clear and easy to read, and I was able to fit a good amount of information on it with three lines (name/two phone numbers/"NEEDS MEDICATION"). I think I finally found a solution to my dog tag problems! I couldn't be any happier, 10/10 would absolutely buy again if needed.
Very Large
This tag is way too large for anything but a large dog collar. I had bought one for my other dog months ago. But this one is much larger. No dimensions are given and no other sizes offered.
Large great, small has come off
We have outdoor dogs that rough house with each other and are always getting into stuff. The large size has stayed on the collar beautifully. the smaller size has come off once so far - I assume because the smaller collar is more flexible.
This was not as hoped
I was disappointed in this size of this item. When I think medium, I felt like it would go on a decent length collar, but I was wrong. I am having to order another one because of the description.

These tags are great. They lay flat on the collar so they don't get snagged on anything and the dog can't chew on them.
