Can it fix two Guinea pigs?

How wide are the ventilation holes?

The left and right sides of the cover ventilation holes measures 0.98 - 1.36 inches in Length and .25 inches in Width. The front and back side of the cover ventilation holes measures 2.08 inches in Length and .25 inches in Width. The top of the cover ventilation holes measures .28 inches in Diameter.

Flimsy and not good

I am worried my rats will escape from this pet carrier. It's my fault I suppose, since the cost was low, but it is cheap and flimsy. My rats could chew through it,

I am worried my rats will escape from this pet carrier. It's my fault I suppose, since the cost was low, but it is cheap and flimsy. My rats could chew through it, or more likely, force the lid open. For traveling to the vet, I'm going to put a bungee cord around it to prevent them from forcing the lid open. I'd recommend paying more and getting a stronger carrier with a metal door.

It safely fits my 8 rats, and I love how easily I can see through the top. The top entry is very convenient. I bought a second one for a backup since it was such a good price.

Not escape proof

It's a great carrier for an older mouse (sickly and old) but a healthy mouse will escape by chewing through the gaps that keep the top and bottom together. Be sure

Vets always compliment this carrier, haha. It’s perfect for transporting my mice or giving them a place to hang out while I clean the tank. Unlike a critter keeper, the top opening is wide for easy access. It’s plastic obviously and Gidget is starting to gnaw one of the water bottle holes into a sizeable window and soon enough it will be a door, so I’ll have to replace it at some point. But that’s not an issue with the product; that’s just life with rodents.

Be careful!

First time using this for my 2 cavies and all of a sudden the top and bottom separated! I was on the bus, about to get off, and my piggies were trying to run away

First time using this for my 2 cavies and all of a sudden the top and bottom separated! I was on the bus, about to get off, and my piggies were trying to run away terrified. Not sure if I’m going to return or try zip ties but I recommend holding this from the bottom, not the handles.
