Fine Product, But Did NOT Work For My Dog

Product was well made, came securely packaged, and arrived in a timely manner. However, our puppy totally ignored it and did her business next to it on the carpet

The concept was good, but I think the top that holds the pads in place was too uncomfortable for her paws. I donated it to a pet rescue center.

Grid is ineffective

I like the pads that come in this set. I purchased the pad holder specifically for the grid. The grid is very flimsy, and remains elevated from the pad only around

I like the pads that come in this set. I purchased the pad holder specifically for the grid. The grid is very flimsy, and remains elevated from the pad only around the very outer edge. The rest is flat on top of the pee pad. My puppy is 3 pounds, so the issue isn't the amount of weight on the grid.

Cover keeps pad in place.
