Ordered this carrier for my cat. Very sturdy, and breathable. Opens from top and side. Very happy!
I have bought similar bags from other manufacturers and they have lasted me years. I'm fostering now so I usually give a carrying case to the new parents. This one I won't be giving. It bends so it squishes the cat/kittens and the top strap immediately broke off! Totally sucks.
Purchased this carrier in September when our cavapoo was a few months old and 5-lbs. It has been an amazing pet carrier. We use it to carry her with us to various appointments, even places that pets might not be allowed, with the flaps down it looks like a gym bag. I’ve also used it on planes. It’s perfect for going through security, easy to use, and stows perfectly under an airplane seat. With the flaps rolled up our puppy could still see us, and remained very calm through all her flights. I like that it opens on the end as well as on the top. In dog friendly hotels, it gives our puppy a comfortable and familiar place to hangout. During her puppy stage, she did bite at the screened windows a little bit, but it remains in good shape. I’m online today to buy a second one. Definitely recommend this product.
I bought two of these to fly with my cats from Virginia to Oregon when I moved. They come folded up but once unfolded hold their shape quite well without collapsing down. I didn’t have any problems with the zippers or getting the cats inside. The bags fit under the seats on my United flight well. My only complaints relate to ease of transport. The bags have straps to fit over the handle of rolling luggage, which work but will rotate or unbalance the luggage if you don’t have a hand on it at all times. The shoulder strap digs in while carrying. Overall, I do recommend the product, and also finding a friend to travel with you if you have to move two cats.
It's ok. Not tall enough for even my very petite cat to stand up in. More important, the support on one side bent and now won't straighten up, so it's half collapsed on one side. Other than that it's fairly well constructed.
Unfortunately this carrier has durability issues. Only used it a few times and it's already tearing at the seam on one the mesh windows. The mesh is not very durable. Chewy did refund our money asap and was quick about it so good experience unfortunately a bad product experience.
I ordered 4 of these for a move and 2 were broken and my cats could have gotten out! horrible!
I bought this because I couldn’t squeeze my 12 lb fluffy cat into his former carrier without grievous harm to us both….for his annual vet visit/shots. It’s fantastic for the money!! And the top-opening flap provided the solution we needed. Good quality construction-plenty of light and air for the furry occupant-nice fleecey bed inside for comfy and secure travel. The best part is the fact you just fold it back up for easy storage. Highly recommend!
This carrier worked out great to cart my cat off while our house had to get sprayed for insects.
I purchased one previously that I love, this one is a replacement for a carrier I gave away. It's very sturdy and the zips are easy to zip up or unzip (no catching or coming apart). I feel that they are true to sizes listed. The pockets are nice for snacks or vet instructions (I don't travel with my cats). I recommend this for travelers or just vet visits.
