What is the weight limit advised for this 20 inch pet hanging car seat.

Are there replacement/additional liners available for purchase? Fabric looks like it might not endure too many washings??

Good- add a blanket and booster pillow.

I picked up new Havanese puppy 4.5 lbs from Breeder using this car seat since small Crate she wanted me to use didn't fit in my car. In Toyota Camry Solara the 17"

I picked up new Havanese puppy 4.5 lbs from Breeder using this car seat since small Crate she wanted me to use didn't fit in my car. In Toyota Camry Solara the 17" fits in front seat but the strap that goes through the back holds it closer to the bottom seat than pics led me to believe. Is stable & secure though. I put a folded Muddy Mat underneath to lift it up a bit. A booster pillow would have been better. The adjustable strap that goes over the headrest slips a bit so I have to find a clip to hold it tight in place. The box itself is strong and certainly big enough for my pet to grow in to ( 15 lbs full grown). The grey faux fur lining - I learned hard way that I should have washed it. Puppies react to chemicals and mine is still scratching 2 days later. I put a paper pee pad on bottom in case puppy got sick but wasn't necessary. If I'd put a blanket over the lining would have been fine. Second mistake I made was buying a XS Harness thinking that'd be small enough but it was slightly big. So, be sure yours fits! My pup squirmed out of it and jumped out of the carrier between the door and seat. A real drag in bumper to bumper traffic on the 405 Hwy. So, I am going to sew the XS harness to fit securely and I got an extra adjustable leash that has a loop to go over the headrest - the thin one that attaches to top of basket is ok but this puppy is in chewing stage. Overall, I like this carrier. You just need to set it up right for your pet. I managed to get my puppy back in the carrier and he was so exhausted he curled up and slept the rest of the way home. I think he also like my music (Al Jarred and Luther Van Dross).

Safe and Cozy

I love going on short car rides to parks with my pup and it is so peaceful being able to drive with him knowing he’s safe and secure in his car seat. The material that lines the inside of the seat is not very “chew proof” but it’s easy to lay a blanket inside to prevent any destruction from playful pups.

How comfortable my dog was

I used it for my puppy Sasha on a 7 hour car trip. She was comfortable, was able to curl up and sleep and did well. On the way home, I looked over and she was

Looked the right size for our 17 pound Yorkie
