Hideaway toys are huge for our Maggie. She is way too smart for her own good so we need to keep toys like this in rotation. Overall, it's built well. The seams are tough and the holes are staggered so play can be customized. The 3 individual strawberries are so cute and have good squeakers. The squeakers aren't those high piercing ones so that was nice. We do take it away from her when we aren't watching because she is a menace who will destroy any toy if given the chance. The only thing I think is it could come with more strawberries or an option to add on more for $$.

Company is gone, holiday decorations are put away, my pups are sad... So when the chewy box showed up we couldn't wait for Valentine's Day! This is a cute plush toy with strawberries inside a jar. My Golden loves to pull them out and toss them. Definitely a medium/small dog toy, i wouldn't leave him alone with the strawberries because he puts all 3 in his mouth at once. The strawberries are about 3"' which is a bit large for my Chihuahua to get her mouth around to squeak.

However, my dog is a little teacup chihuahua, and while he loves some oversized stuffed toys, he seemed intimidated by these for some reason and hasn't played with them much. When I received the Valentine Strawberry Jam Hide & Seek my Bonnie girl had never had a hide and seek toy. I had to show her how to play with it. She soon figured it out and loves it. She loves to bring it to me and I take out a strawberry then push it back in and she is amazed at where it went then try's to find it. The Strawberry Hide and seek keeps here busy and she loves to play alone with it or with me.

Even though the strawberries are plush, they are very bouncy when played with. My uncle's dog went nuts for them! She's not one to "paw" at toys so she had a hard time pulling the strawberries from inside the jar because she wouldn't stand on the jar. It's a tighter fit. This toy was bigger than expected and a hit for my uncle's cavalier king charles spaniel!

My corgi pup loves this! When I received it and handed it off to him, he ran to his little corner to figure out how to remove the pieces and proudly pranced around, bringing it back to me after he'd emptied it.
