Continue to Canada siteCatch the scratch wave, dude! The wavy vibe of this scratcher from Frisco by Chewy is just right for getting a good grip and stretching while scratching. What’s kitty scratching on? It’s layers of pressed wavy cardboard that shreds easily under your cat’s claws, without catching. Also, not your furniture. Let your buddy keep busy scratching, it’s not a cat’s way of slacking—it helps support nail health and satisfy an instinctive urge that feels good for felines. A packet of catnip is included for an added chill (or thrill) factor. Scratch-a-bunga!

I just rescued 2 kittens after 25 years of not having indoor kitties! Within a day or two, they were already using our leather sofas and chairs as scratching posts so I quickly went to Chewy to find some type of replacement item I could offer to train them. SO...I bought a cat tower and this cardboard looking thing based on the reviews. It came with some loose catnip to I sprinkled the cat nip on the surface to help attract the kittens. Every time they went to the sofas/chairs to scratch, we just picked them up placed them on this item and within few days of keeping a close eye on them, they were using it on their own. In other words, training IS involved so don't think it will happen on it's own, but this is a great training tool. So worth the price!!!
My kitty Sam (male Siamese) obviously loves this scratcher pad. Sometimes he will give up his plush super luxurious comfy bed just to lay on this lol. I'd recommend you buy two. Don't want to make the kitty upset when you don't have a back up!
This is a great scratcher that lasts a long time. It creates a mess with little pieces of cardboard, but so does every cardboard scratcher. My cats love them, though, so they're worth it. Scratching is so important to a cat's mental and physical health and wellbeing.
My cardboard craving girl, ButterCup, highly approves of this wavy thingie. She says it tastes delicious as she chomps into it, ripping shreds away and spitting them out.
My cats love scratching on this. The curves help them “dig in”. They need to scratch and it helps deter them from scratching my couch! Be sure to add the catnip..it helps attract them to the scratcher.
I have bought many different styles of cat scratchers over the years but this style is definitely one my cats love! Long enough for full grown cats and heavy enough to stay basically in place. Well worth the price because it is reversible. I have several cats that try to occupy them by using it as a cat nap spot. Good thing I bought two of these.
My Coco loves this thicker scratcher. I like it because it lasts longer than thinner versions.
Our cat loves these - sleeps on them much of the time and loves tearing them up!! She also leaves our upholstered furniture alone with these handy scratchers!!
They really love these cardboard scratchers and this is a thick one.
I seem to have lost the catnip that went with the scratcher...no worries the cats LOVE it!!! I have many different scratchers but my cats seem to gravitate to the corrugated cardboard ones. Many years ago I had a cat who loved to pee on the corrugated cardboard scratchers, so it has been some time since I have had them. None of my cats have that "habit" so we have several of this type!
