Cute - but colors not accurate & part of photo got cut off

Mugs are very cute & nice quality - but was disappointed colors are much darker & more drab than they looked on computer or phone screen. Also, I ordered a second mug because I mixed up which photos would be on the front. I used same photo that was stored in my account from the first mug. But in second mug, the top of my dog's head was cut off in photo. If not for those two disappointing issues, I would have given it 10 stars because it is so cute.
