There is a double adjustable hook and loop strap and stretch fabric to keep these snuggly on your dogs feet. If your dog has long fur, you may need to tighten the strap more than you think by stretching the fabric. At first, dogs will intentionally try to kick the boots off since they aren't used to it, but eventually they get used to having them on their paws. To prevent boots from coming off it is imperative to choose the correct size by measuring your dog's paws according to the instructions in the size chart.

When putting the boot on the first time, check that there is not much extra room left on the sides, it should fit snuggly. Unlike apparel we recommend buying the smaller size if in between sizes.

The vast majority of dogs have smaller back paws than the front paws. We have designed these boots so you can buy them in pairs to fit securely both front and back paws to help prevent them from coming off.

When putting the boot on fully open the top opening then slide the paw all the way until it touches the bottom toe of the boot. Then tightly secure the double straps by stretching the fabric.
