Not as much as many others but still enough to stink up the floor underneath. I’ll continue buying them, at least until I find others that are better.

These pads absorb on contact and are great at covering up the odor. I really appreciate how it absorbs so quickly that the puddle doesn't spread out and stops splattering. Never trying another brand again.

My husband has a very acute sense of smell & he hasn't mentioned smelling the urine. Patrick is a miniature schnauzer & the large pad holds all day when we have to be gone long hours!

We've tried several brands and this is the best for our 40 pound puppy. She must think she's a baseball player stealing home when she needs the potty pad because she skids in like she's stealing home. Other pads slide across the wood floor with her, this brand stays mostly in place without the need for the sticky corners. She is a large puppy and her puddles won't soak into other pads and her feet will get really wet and leave paw prints all over. This brand absorbs immediately and her feet don't get soaked.

I recieved this as a gift and was amazrd at the quality and weight. They really are non skid. Rudy has issues walking and spins around on the pads trying to get his legs to hold him. Our previous pads just crumpled as he spun and of course this led to a lot of misses. These pads do no move when he spins so we have fewer mishaps.
