Does this contain any salmon under the generic “fish” ingredient? One cat is allergic to salmon, and I need an alternative since it’s suddenly impossible to find Classic Seafood Entree.

The "Fish" in this formula is the meat from a variety of fish, like trout, salmon, pollock or cod. This recipe would not be recommended for a cat with a salmon allergy.

Great healthy food. Excellent price!

I got tired of the pre-selection of flavors in the variety packs, so I just bit the bullet, and for only a penny more per ounce, got 7 flavors all four cats like,

I got tired of the pre-selection of flavors in the variety packs, so I just bit the bullet, and for only a penny more per ounce, got 7 flavors all four cats like, (the cat food shelf stacks 7 high....ok, so I am OCD... little! And yes, all the labels face the same way..) and they get a new flavor each day of the week! NONE were dented, and I didn't have to try my luck at the local stores to finally get the flavors I wanted. Empty bowls this morning! No leftover bits!

Easy open cans make feeding great. There are many varieties but this is the only one she'll eat. She would not eat soft food at all until lately. Maybe the kibble

Easy open cans make feeding great. There are many varieties but this is the only one she'll eat. She would not eat soft food at all until lately. Maybe the kibble has gotten too hard to chew easily. She is an outside cat her choice but she isn't hunting anymore so I appreciate having this food arrive on my doorstep.

This isn't the same product it once was

Ever since Covington and the "supposed" cat food shortage that occurred, certain Friskie flavored food has not been the same. The food involved seems to be confined

Ever since Covington and the "supposed" cat food shortage that occurred, certain Friskie flavored food has not been the same. The food involved seems to be confined largely to certain seafood flavors and you"hear"and see it the second you open a can. The can "pops" loudly and the food is tightly packed in the can with little to no juice or gravy like it once had. The top of the cans are different from the other Friskie can ("blanks") - you can tell by the indented rings and the cans like this are guaranteed to "pop" unlike the day in day out other Friskies. Also Chewy keeps shipping my cases without using toppers even though I've told, asked and noted in their surveys that I keep getting crushed cans which is not Friskies fault. I just don't know that Friskies really cares as they have a corner on the market (share) when it comes to canned cat food. However Chewy could at least listen and help restore the use of can toppers on my shipments.
