Adventurous Delivery

So far they like the Chicken & Salmon Gravy Swirlers. I had to call to report that one of the containers of Bonkers treats was smashed open. You kindly replaced it, even though I salvaged most of the spilled treats. Unfortunately, when the replacement package arrived, the seal was broken, and it also spilled. I'm not blaming Chewy's staff, but I think you may want to address the job Budget delivery is doing. I didn't call this time because I figured the chances of this happening the second time were infinitesimal and you wouldn't believe me. I'm not blaming Chewy, but you should address Budget Delivery's performance.

External shipping box was torn open and crushed

They could have chosen a different size box to put those bags in it would have been better to fold them and put them in a smaller box or make sure the bags inside

Delivery disgusting

It has been a few years with each delivery I have to waste time to ask you to use different delivery company, if recent one is INCAPABLE and CARE LESS to place boxes

It has been a few years with each delivery I have to waste time to ask you to use different delivery company, if recent one is INCAPABLE and CARE LESS to place boxes to my back door! I have spine issues to cary 40 lbs back from thrown off the road. Outside is hazard, heavy rain, boxes were dropped off only 2-3 feet off the main road, boxes are ruined, bags inside are wet. Disgusting! Each box says “back door delivery”, why it was dropped off on the road? My property has perfect access, no hills, no mud roads/driveway! From main road is less than 50 ft to back door on car, but really hard to handle with spinal issues! Find new shippers!!! I can’t to discuss the same after each delivery over years!

My order was again delivered to the wrong location. Not only did I have to walk around in the dark looking at everyone front doors, it was at a condo far from the parking lot. This ment i had to carry 3 heavy boxes, 22 - 42 lbs each, way too far to my car, then get them out once home. This was not good customer service. The delivery service needs to be held accountable for this mistake. Next time I will not look for my packages, I'll just report as missing and you'll have to stressed my order.

Good quality for my garden catx

I use these friskies kibble varieties as a good basis for the food blend for my outdoor garden cats. They like it, it’s a good price, and I’m sure they’re eating

I use these friskies kibble varieties as a good basis for the food blend for my outdoor garden cats. They like it, it’s a good price, and I’m sure they’re eating and get the nutrients they need. ,y indoor cats also like a snack when i feed the garden cats, so I give them the occasional taste for treat. I also use these varieties for feeding the feral cats for which I do TNR, when I am holding them for recovery after neuter surgery. This flavor has a bit for everyone, some love the chicken, some love the salmon, some love both. Main thing is they eat it and it has good nutrition.

My picky cats love anything with gravy. Macabee is super picky. She will not eat what my other two cats will. She loves this ! I especially like the smaller pieces

All three of them, which has never happened. I got the 22 LB bag and it last me a decent amount of time and they loved it and it’s in expensive. I recommend this food to everyone.
